Fajar is an individual that full of ideas and innovations. Not only known for his excellences in the world of business and taxation, Fajar is also a skillful guitar player. He started learning guitar at the age of 14. Fast & slow hand player in a single package. To complement his talent, he collected guitars, especially Ibanez guitars. His favorite guitas is Ibanez Js2000 Crystal Planet.

Fajar studied tax and accounting at State Collage of Accountancy (STAN) then continued his bachelor’s degree from Asian Banking and Finance Institute (AFBI) Perbanas. He holds Registered Tax Lawyers at Indonesia Tax Court as well.

Before founding TaxPrime, Fajar has worked for Directorate General of Taxes (Indonesia Tax Authority) for 16 years. During his employment at DGT, He held various roles at Directorate General of Taxes such as a Tax Auditor, an Account Representative at Foreign Investment Tax office four, an Account Representative At large Tax Office Two, and a fellow of transfer pricing task force at large tax regional office. Nine months before he became managing partner at Taxprime, he was a partner at Pelita Consulting.

From those experiences, he possessed expertise in tax audit, tax objection, tax supervision, and also transfer pricing. Since the incorporation of TaxPrime, he has successfully defended many clients from some of the greatest potential tax assessment involving a wide variety of domestic and international tax issues. The vast majority of his matters have been resolved without litigation, through discussion and presentation of the case in tax audit, objection, and other administrative dispute resolution processes.

Fajar has a unique approach and relies on the understanding of the client’s business in a wide variety of industries including mining, automotive, oil and gas, and commodities.
